Enterprise Liquid Pipeline, LLC is extending a pipeline through City property and is seeking an easement for that pipeline. After review of the proposed easement the company has agreed to pay the City $30,000 an acre for the permanent and temporary easement. The total to the City after closing will be $175,200. - Source Bill Brock

Does this document seem "underhanded" by anyone else??  It is not very clear where the easement of this pipeline is going. I see S.R.4 but no other clear marker/geographical boundry.

This  money should be given to the land owners for the decrees in property values.

elgspfkcmon,

This definately isn't underhanded. It's just a picture of one of the drawings. These drawings usually come in a pack with a detailed title drawing showing where the work will be done. Be careful assuming too much from one picture from a news article. Smile

Does anyone know if these drawings will be avaialable for public viewing and if so where?

This is not the route through Monroe but a "cut-away" detail drawing of a section of the Monroe route.

After speaking with Suzi Rubin and Anna Hale last night, they believe the pipeline crosses RT4 near the Monroe Firehouse. Hope that helps.

Thanks John! Any news on if these plans will be available for public viewing at some point? I'm not sure how the City normally operates with construction plans like this.
