I’m pretty sure this has to with the tax abatement for yet another warehouse. And as such, must be relayed to the school district.
Due to the fact that it ultimately impacts the district and by extension everyone’s personal property taxes.
But far be it from me to question taxes in this city. I made that mistake a couple of threads ago.

Prologis doesn’t build schools. I’m nearly positive this has to do with the Bed Bath and Beyond warehouse going up across the street from Kohl’s, on Salzman.

I was under assumption Amazon would become the major Funder of Tax and Tif?
Seems all have stalled on the East end till this is opened.
Hell, I am always wrong.
Why am I here? Time ticks.
A new school? Well, the demo of the old raised my property values $15,000.
Build a new school. I may get my Florida wishes.

Funny how one board member denies this Council Agenda is happening.

How can the schools and the city not be on the same page when it comes to such and important and big expenditure?
