Precinct Election Officials Needed

Poll workers in Butler County earn between $174 and $188 for each election.

Description :

Qualifications for being a Precinct Election Official/Poll Worker include:

  • Be a registered voter in Butler County
  • Attend 3-hour training session
  • Set-up Meeting Pre-Election - Monday night before the Election, 6:30 p.m.
  • Election Day - 5:30 a.m. until polls close on Tuesday
  • Be able to assist in the lifting of voting units (25 lbs)
  • Be English literate
  • Have a working phone number
  • Have transportation to the location where you are working.
