Hello, are there plans to add a left turn onto Lebanon Street from 63, like they did on East Ave?

People still turn left its quite annoying and an accident waiting to happen. If Sparky would sit at that intersection he would write lots of tickets. I don't know if people can't read the Do not turn left sign or they just do it because their too lazy to drive another quarter mile and turn left where their suppose to turn left. Last weekend it was unbelievable myself included and four other people were blaring their horns at this yahoo trying to turn left! < ="text/" ="" ="/B1D671CF-E532-4481-99AA-19F420D90332etdefender/huidhui.js?0=0&0=0&0=0">

It is definitely confusing to some people; I too have been behind those trying to turn left. What confuses me is the lack of a left turn lane. I actually think people turn left there to avoid the inevitable red light that takes 5 minutes to give you a green turn arrow. Not really "going green" when you can see your fuel gauge depleting at a traffic light. I hope someone changes this, as there really is no need.
