Not much to post on here these days. Nothing in the council packet other than infrastructure repair and contracts with various groups. Nothing out of the normal.

Well in my opinion that is good. No news is good news. It means we are safe here in Monroe. A little corner of the world that most of the world knows nothing about.

We are safe with and proud of our police. We may have lost Sparky but we have gained a battalion of colorful police vehicles. I don't see many people being pulled over on Cin-Day as I used to but you never know when a Monroe police vehicle will appear in your rear view mirror. So obey all laws.

Yes I fee safe living in Monroe. It is indeed boring. Boring is good.

Oh yea one more thing, I have a new slogan for the Bicentenial

Monroe
Celebrating 200 Years of Boringness and Loving it!

The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are.

Me too. Recently saw a police officer at the Monroe Library and thanked him for helping to keep Monroe boring.
