Consideration of Motion to request a hearing on the issuance of a D1 and D2 Liquor Permit to
Ohio Living Communities located at 225 Britton Lane.

Mr. Brock noted that even though a request for D2 was before Council at the last meeting, they are
only asking for one D2 permit, as well as, a D1 permit.

Mr. Clark moved to request a hearing on the issuance of a D1 and D2 Liquor Permit to Ohio Living
Communities located at 225 Britton Lane; seconded by Mr. Funk.  Voice vote.  Motion failed.
