Local Groups to Rally In Support of Paris Agreement, Climate Action

As Trump administration fails to lead on addressing climate change, communities like Cincinnati are stepping up and taking action

Cincinnati, OH -- Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 14, Organizing for Action (OFA) will host a rally at Piatt Park in Cincinnati in support of the Paris Climate Agreement and climate action. The rally is part of a national day of action to show support for federal, state, community, and business leaders who are taking action to prevent climate change.

In June, the Trump administration announced its plans to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement -- a disastrous move that threatens our security, our economy, and our health. On November 14th, as world leaders meet in Germany to discuss climate action, local leaders are stepping up to show that Americans are #StillIn for the Paris Climate Agreement and for climate action.

WHO: Organizing for Action, local leaders and advocates

WHEN: Tuesday, November 14 at noon
