I am seeking a teen for landscaping, lawn, and garden work, and for snow removal next year. There is quite a bit of work to be done, and I am willing to pay $10/hour to a self-motivated youth who has his own transportation here. In working here, he/she will learn many things that will be helpful in his/her future, including lawn seeding and fertilizing, preparing a vegetable garden, constructing raised bed planters, fall leaf removal, and other useful skills.

Those interested may contacted me at tom.w.birdwell@gmail.com, or (513) 594-1947. I would like someone to start as early as this Saturday, assuming it is not rained out. This work may be done after school, and on weekends.

What am I missing? 90 people have read this, and not even one person asking about it? I thought the economy was bad and jobs were hard to find. :-)

Yard work is hard, hot and sweaty.  Sorry to say, today's youth are looking for the easier jobs - - preferably in air conditioning! LOL    Our 17 yo Grandson helps us and he is a hard worker and contientious.....but one yard (plus his own) and a job at McDonald's is all he wants right now!!  Smile
