How much are we talking, gallons?

Otherwise Pour the oil into an empty milk carton or an old, unrecyclable takeout container and toss it in the trash. (When the pan is cool, wipe it with a paper towel to remove any excess grease.)

Thanks, John!! My Son gifted me with a deep fryer for my birthday. (because he wanted me to make MORE sauerkraut sausage balls for him😁) and I have accumulated about...mmm maybe 1 gal of twice used oil! Pouring it into milk cartons and tossing in regular trash is a super easy fix!!!
