Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was absent from the Supreme Court bench for the second day in a row on Tuesday.

Chief Justice John Roberts noted Ginsburg’s absence when the justices took their seats for the second time in the new year.

Repeating what he said Monday, Roberts said Ginsburg is “unable to be present” for the court’s sitting, but will participate in the decisions using transcripts of the arguments and court briefs.

Ginsburg, who was forced to miss her first oral argument in more than 25 years on Monday, is still recuperating at home after surgery to remove two cancerous nodules from the lower lobe of her left lung on Dec. 21.

Ginsburg, 85, is known for her stamina, having already survived two bouts of cancer prior to this most recent diagnosis — colon cancer in 1999 and pancreatic cancer in 2009.

Her recent health scare has liberals fearing their legal hero, affectionately dubbed the “Notorious RBG,” may not be able to serve the five years she said she had left in her last July.

MIA (Missing in action)?   What a twisted way to put it.
She is not MISSING, she is recovering from having
a section of her lung removed.  But I guess if the ignorant
will buy "DEATH TAX"...MIA should just gloss over them.

Call me a deplorable ignoramus if you like.

I still call it a 'Death Tax' because you only get taxed AGAIN when you die.

At the age of 85, Justice Ginsberg is still working to interpret the Constitution of the United States. Your comment infers that only liberals should fear for her life. Do you honestly believe that the Supreme Court should be staffed by conservatives only? The Supreme Court of our land should be completely apolitical: we know that is not the case unfortunately. To be labeled deplorable is not a Republican, Democratic, Libertarian, Independent or Green Party term. That term is reserved specifically for the Trump party.

That was confirmed by the US Senate to the extent that they are willing to sh*t on the very Constitution they were sworn to uphold and your willingness to blindly follow.

“Spend it while you got it “ is my opinion. Leave your money to no one. You’ll be six feet under a hard-packed clay earth, so you won’t be concerned about your wealth anymore. It’s possible that those who inherit your money won’t spend it the way you intended anyway. Just my thoughts...
