This election you'll have the chance to have your voice heard on numerous federal, state and local offices and issues.  And while all are important, having stable, consistent and fair justices on the Ohio Supreme Court is crucial to ensuring a balanced judiciary.

Each year, the Ohio Supreme Court decides significant cases on workers' compensation issues, tort law issues, private property rights, taxes and a host of other business issues.  That's why the NFIB/Ohio Save America's Free Enterprise (SAFE) Trust has carefully screened and reviewed the judicial philosophies of each candidate for the Ohio Supreme Court and has strongly endorsed the following candidates:

Judge Sharon Kennedy is committed to interpreting the law, not rewriting it or legislating from the bench.  Hear her compelling story here.

Justice Terrence O'Donnell brings over three decades of judicial experience as a fair and impartial decision-maker.  Find out more on his campaign here.

Justice Robert Cupp is an experienced justice and former prosecutor, and "Highly Recommended" by the Ohio State Bar Association.  Check out his campaign here.

This November, Ohioans have an opportunity to support three judicial candidates who will bring common sense and fairness to Ohio's highest court.  Help spread the word, and elect Justice Robert Cupp, Justice Terrence O'Donnell and Judge Sharon Kennedy to the Ohio Supreme Court.
