Public Hearing on Tuesday March 12, 2019 at 6:30pm in the Monroe Council Chambers. Rezoning of commercial to Light Industrial. Could mean more warehouses for Monroe.

Legal Notice the Council of the City
LEGAL NOTICE The Council of the City of Monroe shall conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the application for the rezoning of real property described below. The public hearing shall take place in the Council Chambers located at 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio. 1401 N Union Road; Parcel 07014000011: The current zoning is B-P Business Park and the City Council will consider rezoning this site to L-1 Light Industrial. 6337 Greentree Road; Parcel 07012000231: The current zoning is B-P Business Park and the City Council will consider rezoning this site to L-1 Light Industrial. The public may appear at the public hearing, be heard, and submit evidence and written comments with respect to the application. Monroe will provide assistance to persons with disabilities, needing interpreters, other auxiliary aids, and services in order to participate in this meeting. Any request for such assistance must be made no later than 72 hours in advance of the meeting by contacting the Clerk of Council at 513-539-7374 extension 1012. All documentation regarding the proposed rezoning can be viewed in the office of the Clerk of Council located at 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio 45050. Written comments can be submitted to the Clerk of Council prior to the public hearing by mailing to the address listed above or email to wassona@monroeohio.org.
